Return and Exchange Policy


Product Appreciation Period

Except for items like perishable goods, products with short shelf lives (about to expire upon return/cancellation), customized items, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unsealed audiovisual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and unsealed personal hygiene products, which fall under the "reasonable exceptions from the right of withdrawal in remote transactions," all other products have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from when the product reaches you.

If you need to return an item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "name of the item to be returned," "reason for return," and "photos" as required. Customer service will assist you with the return and exchange process.



Return Policy

The returned item must be unused and free of damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. The 7-day appreciation period granted by consumer protection law is for you to decide whether the product meets your needs and is not a trial period. If the store notifies you, please keep the original packaging intact (including outer carton), otherwise return will not be accepted.

Returns cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

- Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
- The product has been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors like staining, malfunction, breaks, wear, scratches, or dirt.
- The packaging of the returned item is incomplete, or missing invoices or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive returns.



Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide receiving time and contact information, address → Collection by store-appointed logistics.



Refund Explanation


For credit card payments: The refund will be processed back to your original credit card account upon successful return confirmation.

For cash on delivery payments: The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide upon successful return confirmation.



Exchange Policy

The exchanged item must be unused and free of damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. If the store advises, please keep the original packaging intact (including outer carton), otherwise exchanges will not be accepted.




Exchange Process

If you and the store agree to proceed with an exchange, please process a return in the original order and place a new order in the store. The company will only issue an invoice and collect or refund any difference in amount. If there is no difference, no additional steps are needed.
