Dear Valued Customer,
BOB SOAP will never request financial account or credit card information from you via SMS or phone call under any circumstances. We also will not ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM using these methods.
If you receive such calls or messages, please be vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact BOB SOAP immediately or call the Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
When you receive calls starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please remain alert. Be especially cautious of tactics where the caller ID is manipulated to impersonate a specific company, bank, or judicial authority. Avoid clicking on unknown links or accepting invitations from unfamiliar LINE friends or SMS.
Common fraud tactics include claiming "duplicate orders" or "mistaken installment payments" to gain your trust, then requesting you to perform internet banking or ATM operations. If any issue seems related to bank transactions, directly call your bank. If a call requests you to manage accounts or provide information, refuse to comply to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please also regularly update your passwords and enhance password strength by using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Avoid entering account and password information on public computers to ensure information security.
BOB SOAP wishes you well.
